DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DENTAL-MARKETING.BIZ. MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE
RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF ITS SERVICES,
NOR DOES IT WARRANTY THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION
OBTAINED THROUGH ITS SERVICES. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER
ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM DENTAL-MARKETING.BIZ.
OR THROUGH USE OF ITS SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT
EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.

DENTAL-MARKETING.BIZ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, REAL
OR PERCEIVED, CAUSED BY OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICE,
EVEN IF DENTAL-MARKETING.BIZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms of Service constitute the agreement in its entirety
between you and DENTAL-MARKETING.BIZ with respect to the
subject matter hereof and supercedes and replaces all prior
understandings and/or agreements between you and DENTAL-MARKETING.BIZ.
